Since 2012 we've been holding special Turtle focussed Crystal Singing Bowl Meditation Session at Mon Repos.  Join us, send out good vibes to the turtles and sealife and bliss out with FREE Crystal Singing Bowls Sound Meditations. Relax and enjoy the serenity of being in nature with a group of kind like-minded souls. 

All welcome. After a short opening, and introduction with meditation tips, rest back beside the sea and enjoy the pure sound crystal singing bowls blending with the sounds of our natural surroundings. Perfect for all levels of meditators and anyone who wants to enjoy some quiet nurturing time outdoors in the community.

BYO Chair, yoga mat, cushions, blanket etc and arrive early so you have time to get settled and as we start promptly on time. Turn off your mobile phone. 

Remember when the session finishes there is no hurry to rush. Give yourself time to quietly vibe with the sounds till you get home. There is no rush to return to the world.

MON REPOS

Note: Since the NRMA Resort has opened we've had to relocate to a new location at the other end of the beach.  Drive all the way down Moores Road, (off Mittelheusers Rd) and park in the parking area.  Go through the gate into Mon Repos reserve and look for the signs as we have two area we alternate, either to the left or the right. Both are within 2 - 3 mins walk so you should be able to see us.  Keep your eyes peeled.  Mobile reception not the best in this area.
