Our gift to the community since 2021, Join us and bliss out with FREE Crystal Singing Bowls Sound Meditations. Relax and enjoy the serenity of being in nature with a group of kind like-minded souls. 

All welcome. After a short opening, and introduction with meditation tips, rest back beside the sea and enjoy the pure sound crystal singing bowls blending with the sounds of our natural surroundings. Perfect for all levels of meditators and anyone who wants to enjoy some quiet nurturing time outdoors in the community.

BYO Chair, yoga mat, cushions, blanket etc and arrive early so you have time to get settled and as we start promptly on time. Turn off your mobile phone. 

Remember when the session finishes there is no hurry to rush. Give yourself time to quietly vibe with the sounds till you get home. There is no rush to return to the world.

Our passion is creating a sacred space through sound, breathing techniques and meditation, we promote moments of calm tranquillity to foster improved physical and mental well-being.
