Enjoy taking time to savour some tea, connect with others in community and give yourself some serenity by the sea! We have a chat at the beginning, as we sip tea and enjoy nibbles before an approximate 20 min singing bowls sound session with guided meditation.
Choosing your own cup as you arrive is part of the ceremony, please arrive early to give yourself time to have a bit of fun, get settled and be comfortable without having to rush.
Meditations will be conducted sitting up, as you'll be holding your tea at the beginning, then you may like to lie down..Please bring either a folding chair (preferred) and you may like to bring a yoga mat, folding mattress, blanket, cushion or pillows to lie on for the meditation part of the session or move to if you are staying on for our Free Community Singing Bowl Meditations that follow this event.
